Kinesiology is a non-invasive natural therapy that uses muscle testing (biofeedback) to find and correct imbalances in the body to bring it back to its natural state of peace & harmony.
Kinesiology enables you to bypass your conscious mind to isolate causal factors in your subconscious… In other words, it lets your body do the talking.
We operate from our subconscious 95% of the time which is where the majority of our issues are rooted...because of this healing is often much easier and quicker if you allow yourself to receive some assistance.

My sessions are designed to meet you where you are — recognising that your needs may change over time. Some days, your body may be asking for more space, support, and depth. Other times, you may feel relatively balanced and simply need focused guidance or a check-in around a specific issue. Both are equally valid. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, session length is chosen based on how much support your body needs in that moment.
A spacious, comprehensive session offering deeper support and care.
A 60-minute session is ideal when you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or navigating more complex or layered challenges. This extended time allows us to slow things down and create a sense of safety, so your body doesn’t feel rushed or pressured.
This session is especially supportive if you:
In a 60-minute session, there is room to explore what’s coming up for you more fully, support nervous system regulation, and allow the work to unfold at a pace your body can truly meet.
All new clients begin with a 60-minute session
Your first session sets the foundation for our work together. Having this time allows me to understand your body, your history, and what support you need most, while ensuring the session feels grounded, safe, and tailored to you.
A focused, high-impact session for times when you’re feeling more balanced.
A 30-minute session is designed for moments when you’re generally feeling regulated and supported in your body, but would like help with a specific, high-priority issue.
This session is well-suited if you:
These sessions are intentional and precise, allowing us to work clearly and efficiently without needing the spaciousness of a full session.
The 90-minute intuitive session is a spacious, immersive offering designed for those who feel ready for deeper work and greater integration.
This session allows time to work intuitively with whatever your body is asking for in the moment. Drawing from kinesiology, breathwork, sound healing, and other supportive modalities, the session unfolds based on your body’s responses and needs, rather than a fixed structure.
With more time available, we can explore underlying patterns more thoroughly, support deeper release, and allow space for regulation and integration. This session is particularly supportive during periods of transition, emotional intensity, or when you feel called to work at a deeper level.
This session is especially supportive if you:
As with all sessions, the work is guided carefully and held in a safe, supported way. The intention is not to force change, but to create the conditions for meaningful, lasting shifts to occur.
I offer kinesiology sessions for children, guided with care, experience, and a deep understanding of child development.
Before working in this space, I spent 12 years as a school teacher, supporting children across a wide range of needs. Throughout that time, I worked closely with neurodiverse children, gaining extensive experience in understanding behaviour, emotional regulation, learning differences, and the impact of stress on young nervous systems.
Children often hold stress in their bodies in ways they can’t yet explain with words. Kinesiology offers a gentle, body-based way to identify what may be contributing to emotional, behavioural, or physical challenges, and to support the body to release what it no longer needs to carry.
Sessions are adapted to suit the age, temperament, and needs of each child. The focus is always on creating a sense of safety, trust, and support, allowing the child’s system to respond naturally and at its own pace.
Children’s kinesiology may be supportive for:
Parents are welcome to discuss what feels most appropriate for their child, and sessions are always guided with care, professionalism, and respect for the child’s nervous system.
Online kinesiology sessions are available via Zoom or FaceTime and are held with the same depth, care, and intention as in-person sessions. We connect with and test your body through muscle feedback, allowing us to identify and address the root cause of stress, patterns, or imbalance without the need for physical contact. Many clients find that working from their own space helps them feel more relaxed and supported. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions and are guided in a safe, held way, whether you choose a 60-minute or 30-minute session.
There is no “right” or “better” session — only what your body needs right now.
Some clients choose 60-minute sessions regularly for ongoing deeper support. Others move between session lengths depending on what’s happening in their life. We can always decide together what feels most appropriate at any given time.
If you’re unsure, starting with a 60-minute session is always the safest and most supportive option.
